Software Engineer

Location: United States eligibility implied by the required Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly.

Salary: $153,000–$167,000 per year, plus $38,000–$42,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design, code, modify, debug, and integrate software systems and features.
• Develop algorithms, database interfaces, and data queries to meet functional and performance standards.
• Investigate system performance, data usage, workflows, and software problem areas.
• Write and review software and system documentation and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with software component testing and serve as a team lead when appropriate.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly required.
• Seven years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with software design methodologies, requirements analysis, debugging, testing, algorithms, databases, and large data sets.
