Software Developer (PL/SQL)

Location: Quantico, Virginia, United States; hybrid position within the United States

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and code software applications and modules using technologies such as PL/SQL, C++, Visual Basic, ABAP, and Java.
• Maintain, modify, patch, and upgrade existing software applications and operational programs.
• Analyze system inputs, outputs, information flows, hardware and software requirements, and alternative solutions.
• Plan development and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with software standards.
• Participate in code reviews and prepare program, operations, and user documentation.
• Develop graphical user interfaces and add-on modules when required by user needs.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with SCI access is required.
• IAT II certification is required.
• High school education with 10+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining software applications and analyzing detailed system requirements.
• Ability to write and revise technical, operational, and user documentation.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of reading and writing PL/SQL code.
• Detailed knowledge of the NCIS Case Management System application.
• Experience working on Department of the Navy networks.
