Senior HR Generalist (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA

Salary: $150K–$200K annually for candidates in the U.S.

What you will do

• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for full-time employees and contractors.
• Administer Rippling, maintain HR data integrity, produce reports, conduct audits, and automate workflows.
• Manage employee visa and immigration processes with external counsel.
• Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions while maintaining employment-law compliance.
• Run performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles with the HR Manager.
• Advise employees, managers, and senior leaders while improving HR policies, documentation, and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or people operations role at a high-growth company.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, leave administration, immigration basics, and employment law across multiple states.
• Experience running company-wide performance, enrollment, engagement, and compensation programs.
• Strong HRIS skills; Rippling experience is preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the credibility to advise managers and senior leaders.
• Independent, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
