Workday AMS Leader - Senior Director

Location: Remote, United States; Chicago - 550 Van Buren

Base salary: $210,000–$260,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $273,000–$338,000.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s Workday Application Managed Services offering from strategy through delivery.
• Direct service delivery for more than 50 clients and oversee more than 1,400 annual cases supported by over 140 consultants.
• Oversee post-production enhancements, release management, functional and technical issue resolution, and application optimization.
• Drive business development, AMS pursuits, cross-selling, renewals, pricing, statements of work, and offering development.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, coaching, capability development, and capacity planning.
• Improve AMS systems, reporting, methodology, operating models, automation, delivery efficiency, and margins.

Requirements

• Experience leading a Workday Application Managed Services business and client delivery organization.
• Ability to manage large-scale post-production Workday services and service quality.
• Experience with operational systems and processes spanning ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Capability to lead business development, commercial planning, offering development, and revenue growth.
• Experience developing leaders, managing staffing and capacity, and aligning delivery teams with client needs.
