Sr. Workday Analyst, HR Systems (Workday)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States — hybrid. Other listed work locations include Work From Home in Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts, Texas, and New Jersey, plus Melville, New York.

What you will do

• Own configuration and administration for Workday Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Assess requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and manage configuration from design through testing and deployment.
• Support worker lifecycle transactions, absence plans, time entry, calculations, eligibility rules, and payroll-related impacts.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform data corrections and EIBs, and assess dependencies across Workday modules and integrations.
• Build advanced, matrix, and composite reports, dashboards, and discovery boards while supporting reporting and security governance.
• Coordinate testing, releases, documentation, and cross-functional delivery with HR, Payroll, IS, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, or equivalent depth of experience.
• Strong Workday Core HCM experience with configuration experience in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of Workday business-process configuration, foundational HCM architecture, organizations, staffing structures, worker data, eligibility, and condition rules.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues in a production Workday environment and managing configuration through testing and deployment.
• Working knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security, integrations, data flows, and EIBs, plus experience partnering with Payroll.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Direct Workday integration development experience.
• Workday Pro or other relevant Workday certifications.
