Production Supervisor -3rd SHIFT, Weekend Days, Friday - Sunday (5:00am to 5:30pm) (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fort Payne, Alabama, United States; Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations for generator components and meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Direct and support hourly manufacturing employees in a safe, climate-controlled environment.
• Conduct safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions in support of the Zero Harm culture.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, engineering requirements, and first-time quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, allocate labor, adjust resources, and track KPI performance.
• Coach employees and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, 5S, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to solve problems, make operational decisions, communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading production teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital production systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Additional technical training or certifications.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or root cause analysis.
