Production Supervisor – Weekend Night Shift (4th Shift)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; onsite weekend night shift

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees through performance feedback and accountability.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, workflow, and metrics to improve efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other teams to resolve production issues and support new product introductions.
• Maintain production records, communicate operational status, and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, investigations, and CAPA activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices or another regulated industry.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment; 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, including the ability to interpret production metrics.
