Production Supervisor – Weekend Day Shift (3rd Shift) (Medical Devices)

Location: Irvine, CA, United States; onsite work in lab, clean room, and warehouse environments.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily production operations and achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees through feedback and accountability.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, workflow, and operational metrics to improve efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams, including support for new product introductions.
• Maintain production records and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, investigations, and CAPAs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices or another regulated industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, conflict-resolution, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret production metrics, prioritize multiple tasks, and implement performance improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, or similar quality systems.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
