What you will do
- Provide technical and day-to-day engineering support for Advanced Cleans manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate plant operating procedures and improve production processes and yields.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of process deviations and quality defects.
- Design and implement solutions supporting safety, yield, uptime, capacity release, and new product introductions.
- Train and coach Operations teams on procedures, experimental batches, and test authorizations.
- Lead PSM Technology Elements and Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects while participating in Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing-related role.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process issues.
- Ability to train others and work effectively in self-managed and team-based environments.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and influence skills.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Knowledge of Process Hazards Analysis, Process Technology, and Management of Change-Technology.
