Packaging Engineer

What you will do

• Design and develop packaging solutions for new and existing ink-supply product lines.
• Execute packaging validation, testing, and qualification activities.
• Support new product introduction and sustaining engineering programs.
• Collaborate with business units, R&D, manufacturing sites, quality assurance, marketing, procurement, suppliers, and outsourced development partners.
• Drive cost, material, process, efficiency, and sustainable-packaging improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in engineering design, manufacturing, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, structures, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of packaging engineering design processes, testing, qualification, and supplier engagement.
• Strong technical judgment, problem-solving, analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and make data-driven decisions.
