R&D Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; work at Science Park II, moving to Tampines around May 2027. Travel is required 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible for this role.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and report data from basic process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on basic systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and support resolutions under supervision.
• Prepare internal product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to address basic process engineering concerns.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude, determination, and a quality mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and travel 10% of the time.
