Professional Services Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, must be based in the greater Mexico City area

What you will do

• Lead implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of hirify.global’s solution within client environments.
• Analyze client requirements, diagnose technical issues, and create customized datasets and DLP policy solutions.
• Investigate complex problems through log analysis, debugging, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, Operations, developers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Deliver technical training, provide best-practice guidance, and help clients maximize product value and ROI.
• Lead client status updates, post-implementation reviews, escalations, and ongoing technical coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with endpoint security experience in cybersecurity and DLP.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions, preferably with endpoint security products and DLP platforms such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Understanding of data classification methodologies and DLP policy definition.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security or endpoint agent technologies, with software debugging skills.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, data integration, system architecture, network protocols, Google Cloud Platform, services, drivers, and agents.
• Practical knowledge of macOS and Windows ecosystems, including MDM, app management, terminal tools, SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripts; plus strong communication and project management skills.
