Mobile Mortgage Advisor

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance at ON-81 Bay Street-Virtual.

Employment: Full time, regular position; 37.5 weekly hours.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting a strong client experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans to convert leads into new clients and deliver business results.
• Build referral networks with internal businesses, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to provide personalized client service and mortgage advice.
• Understanding of the local market and potential client base.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment or other skills tests, including French proficiency testing where applicable.
