Growth Strategist (Foundational Goal Performance)

Location: Based out of the Sydney or Melbourne campus, with co-working spaces also available in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Flexible choice in where and how to work within the available campus and co-working setup.

What you will do

• Partner with Topline Finance and stay aligned with strategic initiatives across Product, Growth and Go-to-Market.
• Identify and size strategic initiatives against revenue and monthly active user targets during annual planning.
• Translate initiatives and experiment results into financial outcomes for monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Track delivery against forecasts and flag changes in scope, timing or expected impact.
• Maintain visibility into financial performance, including risks and opportunities linked to key initiatives.
• Monitor the commercial funnel and lead deep dives into forecast variance to improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in financial or business analysis, FP&A, data/BI or strategy.
• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to quantify ambiguous strategic initiatives.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for Finance, Growth and Product audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, Product, Growth and Go-to-Market.
• Data-driven decision-making, rigour, independence and curiosity about business performance.
