What you will do
- Elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution implementation.
- Conduct technical analysis and maintain technical documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and support end-to-end project activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and provide expertise on payments industry trends.
- Develop and manage change controls, including documentation and approval of changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience developing and managing change controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
