What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality for CRM business needs.
• Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Support APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data mapping across connected platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and document technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data mapping, and technical solution design.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required for client communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel industry.
• Experience using AI-based tools for development or documentation.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows.
