Senior Salesforce Developer – Field Service (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Work Types, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Field Service Mobile.
• Build Lightning Web Components, Apex services, Flows, Platform Events, and mobile-first technician and dispatcher experiences.
• Implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder where appropriate.
• Develop integrations and event-driven automations for scheduling, dispatching, technician workflows, and customer communications.
• Perform code reviews, automated testing, and platform quality improvements while supporting features through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service.
• Deep experience with Field Service customization, including scheduling, dispatching, work execution, and Field Service Mobile.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, Platform Events, and Custom Metadata.
• Experience with REST APIs, Salesforce integration patterns, security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Prompt Builder.
• Experience with Git-based source-driven development, modern CI/CD practices, and feature ownership from design through production support.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant or Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with AI-powered technician assistants, intelligent scheduling, or knowledge retrieval.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, telephony, GIS, or customer communication platforms.
• Experience with MCP, enterprise AI integration patterns, or renewable energy, utilities, asset management, and home services.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
