What you will do

• Build and ship Salesforce features and enhancements using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.
• Translate business problems and user stories into reliable, scalable, production-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems teammates and own development delivery across the Salesforce platform.
• Investigate bugs, resolve user-reported issues, and maintain Salesforce and connected systems.
• Reduce technical debt through clean, documented code and improved automation practices.
• Contribute to AI-powered processes and tooling, documentation, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, Apex test classes, and version-controlled or CI/CD deployments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration and API design patterns.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications, or progress toward Platform Developer II.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to verify and improve their output.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native development workflows, MCP servers, agentic tooling, or structured prompting.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash, subscription-management applications, or Salesforce API integrations.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations teams.
