Senior Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote, based in Argentina or Uruguay; flexibility to align with customer time zones, with readiness for travel and on-site client engagements.

What you will do

• Design and develop Salesforce applications for AppExchange and individual customer organizations.
• Apply AI-first development practices and advanced agentic tools to improve coding efficiency and solution quality.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, maintain code coverage standards, and collaborate with QA Engineers to resolve bugs.
• Work with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify user stories, requirements, and business objectives.
• Engage directly with customers, provide consultative technical guidance, and deliver scalable solutions for industry-specific use cases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in AI integration and AI-first development approaches.
• Strong experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Effective communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), and Agentforce.
