Principal Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote-first from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and queue systems.
• Model critical business processes, including rental contract termination and the CCV sales process.
• Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, Process Builder automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and partner engineering teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions.
• Drive architectural discussions, technical standards, scalability, maintainability, and resolution of performance issues.

Requirements

• Professional Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, queue systems such as SQS or Kafka, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps, including SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, or Metadata API.
• Fluent Portuguese and English knowledge are required; technical English is used for code, documentation, tools, reference materials, and international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node, Java, or other integration languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
