Business Operations Manager (UK &I)

Location: London-based, United Kingdom; some travel to regional offices is required.

What you will do

• Partner with sales and management teams across the UK & Ireland to translate commercial objectives into operational priorities.
• Design and maintain scalable processes supporting ARR growth, NRR improvement, churn reduction, and customer expansion.
• Build ARR, NRR, pipeline health, customer health, renewal risk, and forecasting dashboards for sellers, GTM teams, QBRs, and management meetings.
• Lead revenue and ARR planning, quota and target alignment, opportunity treatment, and commission payment management.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and collaborate with Sellers, Customer Success, Renewals, Deal Desk, and Sales Support teams on lifecycle management and complex opportunities.
• Support regional and global GTM programmes, communicate process changes, and identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise business.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or an equivalent enterprise CRM, including designing reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tooling skills.
• Practical experience with AI productivity and analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, deliver decision-ready insights, manage concurrent priorities, and work across teams.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management in an enterprise security context.
• Familiarity with D365 or Salesforce reporting and revenue forecasting platforms.
• Additional language skills.
