TL;DR
Integration Technician II, Weekend Shift (Aerospace): Assembling, installing, and testing Terran R flight hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on aerospace mechanical integration, fastener and torque applications, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations. Focus on operating calibrated tools, performing critical hardware operations, documenting job operations, and collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Weekend shift schedule: Friday through Monday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT, including 8 guaranteed overtime hours per week.

Hiring range: $28.90–$40.80 USD per hour, plus a 10% weekend premium.

What you will do

  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware for the development and production of Terran R.
  • Perform critical mechanical integration operations with a strong focus on quality.
  • Set up and operate hand, pneumatic, calibrated tools, and measuring devices.
  • Collaborate with production, integration engineering, and quality teams.
  • Help build, develop, and document job operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of aerospace mechanical experience or experience in a related field.
  • Experience handling flight hardware and performing critical operations in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Technical experience with fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics, and bonding operations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably in tight spaces.

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
  • Electromechanical build proficiency.
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems and components.
