What you will do

• Support equipment engineering activities including preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and tool installation or modification.
• Improve equipment effectiveness, capacity, efficiency, uptime, throughput, quality, and operating costs.
• Review and analyze inline process control charts and respond to process-related issues.
• Optimize production moves, qualify new processes, and contribute to improvement projects.
• Participate in quality and cross-functional projects, lead improvement initiatives, and present results.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, managers, maintenance teams, and production employees while following safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Currently undertaking a 20–24 week credit-bearing internship from March 2026 onward.
• Indicate the internship period clearly in the CV, resume, or cover letter.
• Perform all activities safely and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
