Productivity Process Engineer IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead investigations into defects, particles, contamination, and yield issues.
• Characterize defects using defect maps, SEM, TEM, EDX, chamber data, and process analytics.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for customer escalations and field issues.
• Develop and validate process, hardware, and operational improvements that reduce defectivity and improve yield.
• Lead productivity projects focused on chamber stability, matching, uptime, and cost of ownership.
• Support product introductions, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing functions, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in solving complex problems.
• Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
