What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems using established and new measurement techniques.
• Measure film properties, develop process specifications, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Plan and deliver process engineering projects while following safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on measurement methods, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Resolve complex customer issues, implement new technologies and instrumentation, and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with limited supervision.
• Regular travel of approximately 20% is required.
