Sr Associate, Production

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and assemble products according to required specifications.
• Monitor production processes and maintain safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Ensure materials are available and production output targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalate line and quality issues, and train new hires.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions while supporting improvement initiatives and assigned projects.

Requirements

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Secondary education graduates with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts and meet daily production output requirements.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 kg in a white room environment.
• Experience working according to compliance, safety, quality, 5S, and operational procedures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP or other ERP systems in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller operations.
