What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Educate patients and build trusted, lasting relationships.
• Practice autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Associates: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice experience in family medicine, routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Independent practice authority is strongly preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
