Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work and physically located in the U.S.

Compensation: $8 per completed chat visit and $35 per completed video visit.

What you will do

• Provide asynchronous text-based and synchronous video-based care for adult patients across the U.S.
• Practice full-scope primary care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions with varying levels of acuity.
• Perform clinical triage, diagnostic reasoning, and synthesis for unclear or evolving patient concerns.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging, coordinate specialist consultations, and guide patients to in-person care when needed.
• Maintain continuity through the clinical decision-making process and coordinate next steps beyond the presenting complaint.
• Contribute to clinical workflows, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with a background in family medicine or internal medicine.
• At least 3 years of full-time outpatient or ambulatory primary care experience with depth in adult medicine.
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure covering at least 30% of the U.S. population.
• U.S. work authorization and physical location within the United States are required.
• Strong independent clinical judgment, diagnostic synthesis, and ability to collaborate with physicians and specialists.
• Availability for approximately 12–15 hours per week and adaptability to virtual-first clinical tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Licensure in California, Texas, Florida, or New York.
• Telehealth experience.
• Experience overseeing clinical groups, workflows, or policies.
