Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Part Time)

What you will do

• Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor therapeutic interventions and patient progress.
• Provide counseling and education on the medical aspects of treatment.
• Coordinate care, make referrals, and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with medical quality standards and regulations while supporting the nursing team.

Requirements

• Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of employment.
• Current DEA license and renewal documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and independent decision-making skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work in a variable, periodically high-stress medical office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with or understanding of chemical addiction.
