Engineer, Process Engineering (Litho)

Location: Singapore; normal or swing shift, including a 12-hour rotating shift if required

What you will do

• Sustain, optimize, and develop photolithography processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Monitor SPC/ESPC charts in SPACE and respond to out-of-control and out-of-specification events.
• Analyze critical dimension and overlay performance using CD-SEM, scatterometry, and overlay metrology tools.
• Optimize photoresist coating, baking, exposure, post-exposure bake, development, and stepper/scanner performance.
• Conduct DOE and split lot analysis, troubleshoot lithography defects, and improve CD uniformity, overlay, LER, and CDU.
• Support tool qualification, technology transfers, new product introductions, process ramp-up, and corrective/preventive actions for yield excursions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant semiconductor wafer process engineering experience.
• Ability to identify, assess, and solve technical problems.
• Ability to work normal or swing shifts, including a 12-hour rotating shift if required.
• Ability to collaborate with equipment engineers and cross-functional teams.
