Ink Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Design complex manufacturing methods, process sequences, assembly processes, factory layouts, and tooling strategies.
• Build capacity models and cost estimates for new products and develop operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through product development stages and align engineering deliverables with business goals.
• Govern technical quality and compliance, track manufacturing performance metrics, and evaluate designs to reduce failure risks.
• Solve complex production defects and process issues while integrating new manufacturing technologies.
• Mentor engineers, establish engineering policies, and prepare reports supporting operational and strategic plans.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process engineering, process improvement, data analysis, automation, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials engineering, new product development, and project management.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, and digital fluency.
