Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate the release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Apply engineering and design for excellence principles to reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and assess work methods, procedures, and policies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for assembly and system-testing issues, perform process failure mode and effects analysis, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for daily problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore and meet physical and clean-room requirements, including use of personal protective equipment and hand or power tools.
