Location: On-site full-time in Boucherville, Quebec, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance; banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Support Financial Advisors serving high-value personal and business banking clients.
• Provide administrative and client support while identifying business growth opportunities.
• Answer client questions about cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Help clients work toward their financial goals and resolve client issues.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection products.
• Strong client engagement, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build working relationships and collaborate with Financial Advisors and banking teams.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
