Senior Software Integration Lead (Warehouse Robotics)

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Manage software development for customer deployment features from specification through handover to Operations.
• Coordinate software development activities, prepare reporting, and highlight project risks and opportunities.
• Lead functional analysis workshops and translate customer needs into software solutions and specifications.
• Coordinate programs and software interfaces between hirify.global WES, WMS, and third-party systems.
• Drive Software Integration Engineers and lead software testing, simulations, and integration campaigns.
• Support customer installations and ensure continuous improvement of the deployment service.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, engineering degree, or equivalent background.
• Approximately five years of experience in software integration, software development coordination, technical project management, or similar responsibilities.
• Experience or strong interest in WMS/WES, warehouse automation, logistics systems, or industrial software environments.
• Strong English communication skills required for client-facing work.
• Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage conceptual complexity.
