Industrialization Project Manager

Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

hirify.global develops robotics products and is building series production for a new product.

What you will do

• Lead the industrialization and production build-up project through to start of production (SOP).
• Plan the production concept, line layout, investments, and capacities.
• Coordinate equipment suppliers, process engineers, and industrialization engineers.
• Ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets during production ramp-up.
• Coordinate work between engineering, quality, procurement, and the plant.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in industrialization or production ramp-up, ideally for mechatronic products.
• Experience leading projects and procuring production equipment.
• Knowledge of lean production and ramp-up management.
• Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel.
