What you will do

• Own and continuously improve Configuration and Change Management processes across development, production, and service.
• Manage product baselines, BOMs, CAD data, software releases, and documentation in PLM, PDM, and ERP systems.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Orders, Change Control Boards, and implementation activities.
• Maintain configuration traceability, version control, and accurate configuration status reporting.
• Support FCA and PCA configuration audits and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and certification requirements.
• Administer the PLM platform, including users, licenses, access, suppliers, communities, and first-level support.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Configuration Manager in complex systems environments.
• Practical experience with PLM, PDM, and ERP systems, BOM management, and document management.
• Configuration Management training or certification, such as CM2, and familiarity with aerospace configuration standards.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI, ideally setting up AI agents to optimize configuration management workflows.
