What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Deliver projects on time and in alignment with core business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to support executive decision-making and project planning.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success, optimize workflows, and support business growth and profitability.
• Coordinate teams and systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities.

Requirements

• Excellent university degree.
• Several years of experience in project management, business development, or strategy, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and numerical proficiency.
• High autonomy and proven ownership of complex initiatives through completion.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and adaptability skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
