Rental Account Manager (Climate Solutions)

Location: Willowbrook, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible. Customer job-site travel is required.

Salary: $78,400–$181,800 annual base salary; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and close sales opportunities for emergency response, planned, seasonal, and special-event rental solutions.
• Create accurate technical solutions based on customer requirements and available rental equipment.
• Prepare rental quotes and turnkey solution proposals from initial request through proposal delivery.
• Work with Rental Services teams to develop and coordinate vertical-market strategies.
• Coordinate equipment shipments and returns with the Rental Services fulfillment team.
• Visit customer job sites, including outdoor areas and mechanical or equipment rooms.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions within the previous three years.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work around variable weather, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other environmental conditions.
• Safety-sensitive role; additional drug screening may be required.
