Sr. Account Manager, Industrial Water Treatment (Minnesota)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota; onsite role

Expected compensation: $102,130–$149,776 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned customer account and act as the site manager for the Saint Paul Park area.
• Maintain and grow customer revenue by identifying and developing additional sales opportunities.
• Review cooling, boiler, and wastewater treatment programs through routine testing and monitoring.
• Manage daily site activities, customer inventories, orders, deliveries, projects, and account profitability.
• Build customer relationships, conduct annual business reviews, and provide consultative program control advice.
• Lead and support site team members, coordinate training, and prioritize safety improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in water treatment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science-related field.
• Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills.
• Field customer support experience, including technical, operational, and laboratory expertise.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and maintain a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to work onsite in the St. Paul, Minnesota area.
