Salary: $102,130 – $149,776 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Maintain and grow revenue at assigned customer locations through consultative technical service.
• Oversee site projects, prioritize daily activities, and manage customer inventories.
• Review and optimize water treatment programs including cooling, boiler, and wastewater systems.
• Develop and implement sales plans to identify new opportunities and document ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule workflow for the site team.
• Conduct annual business reviews and provide technical training to customers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in water treatment
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science-related field
• Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills
• Experience providing field customer support including technical, operational, and laboratory expertise
• Ability to function independently and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in St. Paul, Minnesota
