Salary: $88,500 - $112,900

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multifamily customer accounts and identify new program opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and trade allies across Western Washington (Blaine to Olympia).
• Drive program participation and engagement through proactive outreach and education.
• Develop customer proposals and recommendations that support energy savings objectives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of energy efficiency projects to meet participation goals.
• Plan daily routes and calendars for customer site visits and contractor engagement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with multifamily properties, construction, or retrofit work (e.g., heat pumps, insulation, weatherization).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Western Washington.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship or support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute.

Nice to have

• Prior sales experience.
• People management experience.
• Industry certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED Green Associate, or BPI.
