Supervisor, Fluids Factory (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Onsite first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM PT.

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 USD annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Tube Benders, OTW technicians, manual welders, and precision cleaning technicians.
• Provide daily technical direction, career development, and performance coaching.
• Set production priorities to meet program schedules and deliver fluid-line hardware on time and to specification.
• Establish and maintain process standards for fabrication operations, critical hardware lifts, and transportation.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and proposed solutions to upper management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certification.
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing or related experience.
• At least 2 years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience with welding processes including GTAW and OTW.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
• Experience building teams from the ground up, including hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
