Fabrication Shift Supervisor

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; onsite fabrication shift

Salary: $140,000–$166,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Run fabrication shifts and own crew safety, quality, and production output hour by hour.
• Lead operators and welders on the production floor through assignments, coaching, and accountability.
• Execute the daily production plan and escalate misses with clear causes.
• Enforce work instructions, lockout-tagout procedures, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience with fabrication or welding production crews.
• Experience managing shifts to takt and communicating production deviations clearly.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and explain applicable safety practices.
• Ability to coach employees on the floor and document issues when necessary.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized production area.

Nice to have

• Experience with steel and structural fabrication.
• Experience supporting startup production ramps.
• Lean daily management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
