Chapter Lead Engineer II (Enterprise Content & Automation)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary chapter of approximately 10 Feature Consultants, IT Integrators, and Business Analysts.
• Establish professional practices for requirements engineering, solution design, system integration, architecture, and delivery.
• Promote standardisation, reuse, simplification, maintainability, operational excellence, and AI-enabled practices across products and squads.
• Coordinate collaboration between Product Leads, Engineering Leads, Architects, Risk, Finance, and delivery teams.
• Support strategic initiatives, migrations, modernisation programmes, and the transition to a product-oriented operating model.
• Contribute to investment planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk management, audit remediation, vulnerability management, resilience, and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or delivery teams, with strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience across requirements engineering, IT integration, business analysis, solution design, and complex enterprise delivery.
• Knowledge of agile product development and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of technology financial management, budgeting, forecasting, investment governance, and Dynamic Planning.
• Experience with operational risk management, audit remediation, vulnerability management, resilience, compliance, management reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Ability to balance delivery objectives, business value, risk exposure, financial constraints, and long-term technology strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management, workflow, document processing, signing, archiving, or automation.
• Practical experience applying AI-enabled engineering or automation practices.
