Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Vancouver, BC; occasional on-site attendance required

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice, product solutions, and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Engage clients personally and meet them at times and locations convenient for their lifestyles.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to build relationships and support the client experience.
• Understand the local market, create sales plans, and convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with internal partners and external realtors to generate referrals and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and client-service skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and mortgage processes.
• Goal orientation, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
