Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Vancouver, BC; remote work is possible, with occasional on-site attendance at the Vancouver banking centre

Compensation: 100% commission-based, with incentive pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice, product solutions, and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Meet clients at locations and times that are convenient for them.
• Develop sales plans based on the local market and convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships and referral networks with Banking Centre teams, external realtors, and community partners.
• Generate mortgage opportunities and deliver business results.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending, mortgage processes, and mortgage documentation.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and support clients with personalized financial solutions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
