What you will do

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while expanding a personal customer base.
• Manage sales activities independently in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Use TD’s sales management system and participate in joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager.
• Develop sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training and coaching.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record and strong sales capabilities.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
