Senior Product Manager, Security Research (Cybersecurity)

Location: US West / Foster City, United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year base salary, excluding incentive compensation and potential equity grants.

hirify.global provides cybersecurity products and operates a Threat Research Unit of more than 120 security researchers focused on threat intelligence, zero-day vulnerabilities, and defensive security.

What you will do

• Translate threat research requirements into a concrete, executable product roadmap.
• Use Salesforce, Jira, SQL, and data analytics to measure feature impact and prioritize roadmap items.
• Convert product vision into technical requirements and prioritized engineering backlogs.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, validate incoming requests, and design scalable solutions for the broader user base.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership on product positioning and competitive advantage.
• Create security research content, lead webinars, and support sales with product pitches, demos, and technical explanations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, endpoint detection and response, or threat intelligence; alternatively, 8+ years in technical leadership or security engineering with a transition into Product Management.
• Deep understanding of zero-days, CVEs, exploits, and SOC/IT team operations.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL or similar scripting languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple time zones and with stakeholders ranging from field sales to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Threat Research background with a transition into Product Management.
• Expertise in Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, or Risk Management.
• MBA.
