Product Champion (Cybersecurity)

Location: Langley AFB, Virginia, United States; onsite at the customer location 5 days a week. Travel up to 25% is required, including CONUS travel and OCONUS travel as necessary.

Salary: $103,467–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support U.S. Air Force cyber defense operators in using the Big Data Platform and JCRS-D applications.
• Conduct threat hunting, cyber data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance checks on platform data.
• Collect customer requirements, develop use cases, create operational roadmaps, and communicate requirements to engineering teams.
• Provide technical support, user training, troubleshooting, and adoption assistance for cyber operations capabilities.
• Analyze data feeds and diverse data streams, using statistical modeling to identify patterns and create customer-facing visualizations.
• Coordinate with customers, developers, engineers, and the Customer Experience Group to deliver DevSecOps capabilities and maintain customer success.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• At least 5 years of experience in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a bachelor's degree; equivalent experience pathways are accepted.
• Prior government or military experience with organizations including MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, AFCYBER, or Navy Cyber.
• Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations, threat hunting, cyber data analysis, SIEMs, endpoint and network sensors, threat-sharing platforms, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with SQL querying and Python for data science, modeling, analytics, or automated hunts.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at Langley AFB 5 days per week and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Customer consulting, interviewing, training, and product adoption experience.
• CISSP, CEH, or similar certification.
• DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications.
• Experience with software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, BDP, JCRS-D, or data lakes.
