Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. Travel for events and occasional in-person company gatherings is required.

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

SpecterOps develops BloodHound Enterprise, a defensive Attack Path Management SaaS solution for Active Directory security.

What you will do

• Support product roadmap execution by translating company goals, customer needs, and team input into priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate feature development, follow-ups, and release readiness with Product Managers and engineering teams.
• Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and market feedback to inform product decisions.
• Support product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market preparation with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Write and maintain research documentation, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 6 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and SaaS products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data for decision-making.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
• Authorization to work and reside in the United States; immigration visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or B2B product teams in full-time roles.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra/Azure, identity security, or related cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with API standards and integration concepts.
• Exposure to BloodHound Enterprise, BloodHound CE, or other security tooling.
