Principal Product Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, onsite, or hybrid within the USA; Eastern Time availability required.

Salary: $164,500–$235,000 USD base pay annually, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for Zero Trust Browser solutions and own product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Lead executive briefings, practitioner meetings, technical workshops, and deep dives on browser security strategy.
• Explain browser-layer security controls covering threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, private application access, and Privileged Remote Access.
• Develop best-practice guides, proof-of-value test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures.
• Conduct and support proof-of-values, technical evaluations, and initial deployments, helping customers validate architecture, policy design, and operational fit.
• Partner with sales and engineering to drive technical wins and product enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Proven ability to develop technical collateral and support go-to-market initiatives that drive sales outcomes.
• Must work from within the USA and be available during Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or securing AI-powered threat detection or LLM data loss prevention controls in enterprise browsers.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Zero Trust Browser, ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector, and Privileged Remote Access.
• Experience with browser extensions, browser-layer telemetry, in-browser DLP, and controls securing activity across SaaS, web, and private applications.
