What you will do

  • Develop robust, high-volume manufacturable protocols for phosphorus-to-arsenic surface cleaning and conversion.
  • Build foundational knowledge of ion implantation processes, equipment principles, and implant tool operation.
  • Analyze historical phosphorus contamination incidents in arsenic-implanted semiconductor wafers.
  • Review technical literature and identify potential contamination mitigation strategies.
  • Apply PDCA methodology to design evaluations and develop solutions for the fab environment.
  • Create an implementation roadmap, assess cost and productivity impacts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field through an accredited degree program.
  • Available for a 20–24 week credit-bearing internship from June 2026 onwards.
  • Include the internship period clearly in the CV, resume, or cover letter.
  • Ability to perform activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
